Happy Saturday #NaPoWriMo

Today, NaPoWriMo Day 18‘s optional prompt honors the idea of Saturday (the Saturdays of the soul, perhaps?), by challenging to write an ode to life’s small pleasures. It could be the first sip of our morning coffee. Or finding some money in the pockets of an old jacket. Discovering a bird’s nest in a lilac bush or just looking up at the sky and watching the clouds go by as the post said. Moreover it is about all good things we hope, basically if I, first didn’t know exact meaning of an Ode, dictionary says it can be a source, a prayer, a psalm, a hymn, or just a simple poem that goes well with mind, don’t know.

Some melodious songs,
Singing hearts full out.
Few bliss in birds,
Some crisp in heights.
Few just remained
with elderly guides.
Childish acts,
With rhythm of kites.
For some, it was
just a morning breeze
passing through soul,
some fragrance deep.
Might be just other,
that’ll pass in sips.
Yet saturday nights,
Kapil sharma hits.
